We Have Something for Everyone
The first medical fitness facility in the area!
This is unlike any other health or performance experience you have ever had. You will meet one on one with the Clinic Director and head coach and after a thorough assessment of you and your goals they will help to choose which program best suits you! And then they will work with EHP’s Health Coaches to ensure you are getting the individualized care and attention you deserve while being surrounded by an amazing support group who won’t let you give up on your goals!
We keep the class sizes small at EHP, this ensures that you will have adequate coaching and technique instruction. In these group classes, you will definitely sweat, laugh, and push each other to be better than the person you were yesterday. You will have a great appreciation for all the ability levels of people in your class and that you are all a part of the same team!
Elevate is for you if you have a baseline level of fitness but aren’t interested in learning the ins and outs of using a barbell or doing highly complex gymnastics movements. Elevate is for you if you understand how to move your body and are able to implement coaching cues. This class runs right along with CrossFit Classes.
BaseCamp is for you if you are new to CrossFit, new to EHP and have a moderately high baseline level of fitness and are ready for CrossFit Classes. We will be performing a prospective athlete one-on-one sports physical, interview and movement screen to see if you are the right fit for this program. In these 6 one-on-one classes, you will learn about basic CrossFit movements, key CrossFit terminology, and the ins and outs of being a member at EHP Performance.
Bootcamp is for you if you are looking for a great workout learning a ton of technique, for people wanting to shed some pounds or lean out, for people looking to get back into fitness, and for those endurance junkies looking to gain some strength training going into their off season. At the beginning of your bootcamp you will also receive an individualized nutrition guide based off your goals and your body composition test as well as a body composition test at the halfway checkpoint and the completion of your 8 weeks.
Kids and Teens
CrossFit Littles is for kids 3-5 years old. The Littles class is twice a week for 30 minutes. During class, coaches keep things upbeat and moving to captivate the kid’s attention. We work on movement and development fundamentals during this class.
CrossFit Kids is for kids 6-12 years old. This class is twice a week and we make fitness a fun experience for kids by making workouts into games. We go over movements such as the squat, deadlift, and presses focusing on correct movement, not the weight. We also emphasize their ability to move their own bodyweight through space.
CrossFit Teens is for kids 12-18 (until high school graduation) years old. It is 4 days a week. We work on general fitness utilizing our CrossFit program, and maintenance between sport seasons.
Strength and Conditioning
Grades 7-12 (until high school graduation). We strategize improving metabolic conditioning, strength, power, speed, endurance, and agility in their sessions. It is three days a week. Two of the days we focus on metabolic conditioning and on the third day we focus on developing strength.
We will work with your team (up to 16 athletes), 4 days a week and you pick the times.
Get your teammates together and let’s get to work! Dr. Karla will do movement evaluations and programs for your teams’ specific needs throughout your summer program.
At EHP, we acknowledge all aspects of health and we know addiction affects many more people than you might think. It is estimated that 1/10 people suffer from addiction and that impacts their lives and the people around them. Sober Sundays is a class dedicated to those who are affected by addiction and is open to the public.
Body Transformation Challenge
This 10-week challenge sets out to help our members get fit, lose weight, gain energy and obtain the life they want. Through these 10 weeks, you will learn and implement healthy eating, sleeping, and exercise habits that help boost your metabolism, lose fat and gain muscles.
Why am I not reaching my full potential?
Have you reached a plateau? Always seem to be getting injured when you ramp up your training? There are a few things you will need to know about your body’s recovery so that you are able to reach your true potential.
We know that for so many reasons we fall off on our health, nutrition, and exercise. You have already taken the time to do a deep dive for 10 weeks of your life… and if you remember well, you felt like a Rockstar during your Body Transformation Challenge. We have the date you filled out and can confirm it. So something happened and you got out of your routine. This 10-week reboot is designed to get you back into the swing of it and give you the accountability that you need to do it!
EHP Adaptive CrossFit
Adaptive Class at EHP Performance is specifically for people with disabilities. Classes provide fitness modifications for athletes with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. We focus on the athlete’s abilities rather than their disabilities.
EHP Performance Weightlifting
EHP houses a weightlifting club for new and experienced lifters. EHP Weightlifting prides itself on excelling in the technicalities of Olympic lifting, but more importantly, supporting each other in training, competition, and all aspects of life.
We currently have three different types of scholarship opportunities available at EHP Performance.
Those scholarships are as follows:
Empowerment scholarships are specifically for women who are survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, family violence, and/or those who have experienced the adverse effects of addiction and emotional harm.
PRIDE Scholarships are for people of the LGBTQ+ community who are wanting an inclusive environment to be healthy in.
KIDS scholarships are for kids who may not be able to afford these opportunities without a scholarship.

Small Group/Private Coaching
Small Group Training
If you are looking for specialized small group coaching with individualized programming we have you covered. We can set you up on a plan that works for you and your family.
Not quite ready for the group training setting yet or want a personalized training plan? We offer personal coaching for ELEVATE, Longevity, Kids, CrossFit, and Speed/Power Agility.
If you have an event that you are training specifically for, our coaching staff and program and implement the perfect training program for you! These coaching sessions will occur in one-hour sessions.
Have a particular individual goal that you want to meet? Work with a coach one-on-one and we can program a training regimen that will help you achieve your goals.
Online Individual Coaching
Getting health on your own can be hard, but with the help of an Online Individual Coach at EHP Performance it can be done! You can crush your nutrition goals, even without ever stepping foot through our doors!
