Adult Classes


We keep the class sizes small at EHP, this ensures that you will have adequate coaching and technique instruction. In these group classes, you will definitely sweat, laugh, and push each other to be better than the person you were yesterday. You will have a great appreciation for all the ability levels of people in your class and that you are all a part of the same team!


Elevate is for you if you have a baseline level of fitness but aren’t interested in learning the ins and outs of using a barbell or doing highly complex gymnastics movements. Elevate is for you if you understand how to move your body and are able to implement coaching cues. This class runs right along with CrossFit Classes.


BaseCamp is for you if you are new to CrossFit, new to EHP and have a moderately high baseline level of fitness and are ready for CrossFit Classes. We will be performing a prospective athlete one-on-one sports physical, interview and movement screen to see if you are the right fit for this program. In these 6 one-on-one classes, you will learn about basic CrossFit movements, key CrossFit terminology, and the ins and outs of being a member at EHP Performance.


Bootcamp is for you if you are looking for a great workout learning a ton of technique, for people wanting to shed some pounds or lean out, for people looking to get back into fitness, and for those endurance junkies looking to gain some strength training going into their off season. At the beginning of your bootcamp you will also receive an individualized nutrition guide based off your goals and your body composition test as well as a body composition test at the halfway checkpoint and the completion of your 8 weeks.
