If you’re interested in joining our gym, the next step would be to schedule your prospective athlete meeting (aka PAM). During this meeting we will get to know you a little better, understand your goals, bring you on a tour, have a sports physical, perform a movement screening, and a short workout.
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle as we will have you complete a workout. The one-on-one meeting will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The coach will review with you the different program options, costs, and answer any questions that you might have.
