Kids and Teens
CrossFit Littles
CrossFit Littles is for kids 3-5 years old. The Littles class is twice a week for 30 minutes. During class, coaches keep things upbeat and moving to captivate the kid’s attention. We work on movement and development fundamentals during this class.
CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids is for kids 6-12 years old. This class is twice a week and we make fitness a fun experience for kids by making workouts into games. We go over movements such as the squat, deadlift, and presses focusing on correct movement, not the weight. We also emphasize their ability to move their own bodyweight through space.
CrossFit Teens
CrossFit Teens is for kids 12-18 (until high school graduation) years old. It is 4 days a week. We work on general fitness utilizing our CrossFit program, and maintenance between sport seasons.
Strength and Conditioning
Grades 7-12 (until high school graduation). We strategize improving metabolic conditioning, strength, power, speed, endurance, and agility in their sessions. It is three days a week. Two of the days we focus on metabolic conditioning and on the third day we focus on developing strength.
Team Training
We will work with your team (up to 16 athletes), 4 days a week and you pick the times.
Get your teammates together and let’s get to work! Dr. Karla will do movement evaluations and programs for your teams’ specific needs throughout your summer program.
